Meditation and Stress Relief: 

    Stress can be a contributing and complicating factor to many aliments of the body, mind, and spirit. However, with practice one may learn to keep a place of peace and calm even in the most stressful situations.

   Please, join us on Wednesday, September 9th at 6:30pm for a guided meditation class. Registration is by Monday, September 7th if you are interested in attending. Class fee is $5.

 

Qi Gong: 

    Qi is the vital energy that courses throughout the body. Practicing qi gong allows an individual to learn how to move and balance this energy source through breath, gentle exercises, and meditation. This practice helps restore vitality and wellness as the qi is strengthened. 

   Please, join us on Wednesday, October 7th at 6:30pm for an introductory qi gong class. Registration is by Monday, October 5th if you are interested in attending. Class fee is $5.

 

Dream Analysis and Meditation: 

    Some say dreams are messages from the soul, others an insight into our inner psyche. Either way dreams can be a tool for us as we progress through our life changes. This class includes a "dream circle" as well as a meditation for uncovering the symbols that lie within our dreams. For more information on this class please contact Drew Acupuncture.  

   Please, join us on Wednesday, Novermber 11th at 6:30pm for a dream analysis and meditiaion class. Registration is by Monday, November 9th if you are interested in attending. Class fee is $5.

 

Reiki Training: 

    This class gives the Reiki level one training. Reiki is a healing modality which uses a gentle system of hands-on energy work in order to achieve wellness at all levels of being.

     The class is instructed by Abby Drew, master teacher level reiki practitioner. Abby uses her reiki training on a daily basis in both her personal and professional life.

     If you are interested in obtaining Reiki training please contact the center for available class dates. Class fee is $125.
